    • protects your personal data by using disk array and doing regular security backups.
    • applies the adequate security measures in the event of fire of all places, where the data are stored (e.g. advanced fire-fighting systems),
    • applies the adequate security measures in the event of power failure (e.g. p. dual power supplies, aggregate, UPS systems),
    • applies physical measures to protect the places, where the data are stored (e.g. access control, monitoring),
    • applies appropriate environmental measures for all servers as an element of data storage and data processing (e.g. environment and rooms control, specialized and advanced air conditioning systems),
    •  conducts trainings, workshops, internal statute, password policy etc. to enhance the high-quality service, control and confidentiality,

4. Your rights and information on processing your personal data

In some cases, the administrator may have the right to transfer your personal data to the third party, as long as it is necessary to perform the service and to accomplish the contract provisions with the user or duties that the administrator is in charge of. 10. Privacy policy changes

1. The Privacy policy may be changed. All changes will be released on this website In case of any changes of the Privacy Policy, they are binding on the day of their release. They require a mutual consent of the User and the administrator and are connected to the consents given by the user before sending the request to the administrator after the release of the privacy policy changes. To all consents given before the Privacy policy changes, the Privacy policy version of that time when the consent was given, is applicable.

2. Any changes to the Privacy policy don’t influence one principle: Doradca Językowy doesn’t sell any of the personal information of its clients (including the data left on the Website and in the newsletters) to third parties.
