This means that we decide how to use it and are responsible for looking after it in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation.

    1. through contact form, which is filled in by the User. The Users share its personal data freely in the contact form or via e-mail.

2.  Personal data protection

  4. Hostng company:
    • protects your personal data by using disk array and doing regular security backups.
    • applies the adequate security measures in the event of fire of all places, where the data are stored (e.g. advanced fire-fighting systems),
    • applies the adequate security measures in the event of power failure (e.g. p. dual power supplies, aggregate, UPS systems),
    • applies physical measures to protect the places, where the data are stored (e.g. access control, monitoring),
    • applies appropriate environmental measures for all servers as an element of data storage and data processing (e.g. environment and rooms control, specialized and advanced air conditioning systems),
    •  conducts trainings, workshops, internal statute, password policy etc. to enhance the high-quality service, control and confidentiality,

The data are saved and processed by Facebook, but they are anonymous, which means that they exclude your personal and confidential data. 10. Privacy policy changes

1. The Privacy policy may be changed. All changes will be released on this website www.doradcajezykowy.com. In case of any changes of the Privacy Policy, they are binding on the day of their release. They require a mutual consent of the User and the administrator and are connected to the consents given by the user before sending the request to the administrator after the release of the privacy policy changes. To all consents given before the Privacy policy changes, the Privacy policy version of that time when the consent was given, is applicable.

2. Any changes to the Privacy policy don’t influence one principle: Doradca Językowy doesn’t sell any of the personal information of its clients (including the data left on the Website and in the newsletters) to third parties.
